Worst Service Ever Had to have 3 visits in a month to repair 2009 Jeep Heater each time involved me obtaining a rental for 2 to 3 days when they paid for 1 rental ( whic Had to have 3 visits in a month to repair 2009 Jeep Heater each time involved me obtaining a rental for 2 to 3 days when they paid for 1 rental ( which was like pulling teeth to get ), it was ready in 24 hrs still the heater did not work. Was told I was responsible and charged for radiator flush approx $125.00 the last flush I was charged $180.00. Every communication with the service rep Harley was disappointing, even when he would see you walking up to the desk he stayed on his PHONE searching or texting I don't know which, never answered his phone always had to leave a message, very hard to do when your on 12 night shifts. Jeep not washed,They can't get rid of you fast enough. Just poor customer service!! Went to use my windshield washer fluid sure enough broken I could not stomach going back there, got it repaired ended up they didn't replace a seal and left 2 screws out securing it. $ 120.00 out of pocket again.
