I apologize you were not satisfied with your recent visit to our dealership. As there was no deposit on the vehicle you were coming in to see we did show the vehicle to another customer during the day of your appointment. The vehicle did end up selling shortly before your arrival which did not allow enough time for us to go through all our upcoming appointments to see if any customers were interested in that specific vehicle. Upon your arrival and discovering which vehicle you had come in to see we did offer to show you other vehicles we did have available as close as possible in equipment and style to the Pacifica you had inquired about. After informing you of the situation and making the offer to show you the other vehicles you quickly left the dealership and we were not given an opportunity to properly apologize. We do our best to keep several vehicles of the same make, model and similar equipment in stock so that if one sells we have others to offer in this type of situation.
