Walked into the dealership with an open mind not expecting much since my last experience in my local town was not good. I was greeted by the sales manager and assigned to Ricky Perez. Well right from the start with the greeting from Ricky through the whole process, he was direct and honest. I felt comfortable. We ran the numbers and agreed on a plan that was best for me. Ricky is the first salesman I have had in over 20 plus years that actually knew the car I was buying and features. More importantly he took the time on delivery to walk me through the vehicle and show me all the new technology, not referring me to the manual or the internet, youtube, for information like the last dealer I was at. Justin in finance was direct, friendly, answered my questions and I loved the new technology of getting all my paperwork on a zip drive. No upselling pressure.
