Just the absolute worst experience. My radio won’t work and it’s been months and I’ve gotten zero help. It’s a general jeep dealership issue at this point. My salesman, Bo Hobbie, did a wonderful job getting me into the Hyundai. I was injured in the accident that brought me there and he was very aware of my pain. Wonderful customer service! Treated us like family. My friend and I went in to sell her Jeep. I know a little more about the process so I tagged along to help. She was happy with the price they offered an friend and I went in to sell her Jeep. I know a little more about the process so I tagged along to help. She was happy with the price they offered and she sold it to them. This is where they really went out of the way for us. My friend is a 7 year military vet and had a sticker on the back of her vehicle that meant something very personal to her. It had to do with the loss of a friend while they were deployed together. I don’t want to go into detail, because that’s not my story to tell. Anyway, she was pretty upset yesterday evening after the sale, because even though it’s just a sticker it’s a very special thing to her and rightfully so. I called Dick Myers this morning and explained the situation. A manager immediately said say no more I’ll do what I can. He not only got the sticker off in one piece but, helped by laminating it for her so it wouldn’t have any additional damage. Needless to say when I dropped it off to her she was over the moon. I highly recommend going to Dick Myers! They’re good people and care about there customers. Thanks again Darrell, Mike, Blaine, and everyone who helped with the sale and with the sticker! God bless!
