My experience at Dick Masheter was professional and the the service was done in a timely fashion. Having your vehicle serviced is not necessarily something I look foward to but because of the friendly envi the service was done in a timely fashion. On July 27 2013 ,0900am Willie Smith & Margaret Smith (Mother): This has to be the greatest experience of buying a car since our first car in 15 years first. All the employees were so friendly and pers (Mother): This has to be the greatest experience of buying a car since our first car in 15 years first. All the employees were so friendly and personable. I sure don't get this treatment anywhere else. They were not pushy at all and let you make up your own mind along with their knowledge about the car of purchase. It was actually fun dealing with them. We are so satisfied with the of 2 cars the same day purchase. The consultant Mr. Chris Pinson, came over and shook our hands and visited with us. I felt like I was the Bell of the Ball.Haney she completed the final paperwork so efficient. They all had such a kindred spirit. We were only on the lot about 10second when Chris Pinson came out to help us. Everyone we met were so gracious. I am so glad our grandson referred us to this place of business. I will surely do the same. Can't say enough about this place or the ones who work there. What a great experience professional staff my motheris enjoying her jeep,I like my car as well,we both appreciate everyone kindness will recommend our friends to your dealership.
