Great Work I've taken my vehicle in for service on multiple occasions and have had a great experience each time. During my last service, the work was going to take two hours. The technician that worked on my car, Chris, stayed two hours OVER his clock out time to complete the work. I'm thankful that Dick Masheter has those types of team players on their team. More

Good. Service was Good (coolant fan(s) were replaced) and staff are friendly however, I was informed that I would receive a call after the test drive to see Service was Good (coolant fan(s) were replaced) and staff are friendly however, I was informed that I would receive a call after the test drive to see if the check engine light came back on. I didn't receive a call to my cell, so I picked the car up the next morning (sat) and shortly after driving off, the check engine light appeared which meant I had to make another visit in to have the sensor replaced. As a convenience I would've had the work done on that visit. Also, I thought the diagnostic test fee was deducted from the order total. If possible I would like to receive a copy of the diagnostic test for my records. Don the service advisor was pleasant. The gentleman that returned my car to me that Sat morning became very busy but remained pleasant. Also, the cashier on the showroom floor that cashed me out was professional and pleasant. More
