My husband and I originally leased a 1500 Bighorn Ram from Phillip Magel a couple of years ago. When it came time to turn in our lease and get a new vehicle we knew exactly who to come to. Phil is awesom from Phillip Magel a couple of years ago. When it came time to turn in our lease and get a new vehicle we knew exactly who to come to. Phil is awesome! so i came to this dealer to look at the dodge ram TRX and I ended up letting them run my credit to see if i was approved or not. the salesman David tacconelli informed me that the dealership would pay off my I ended up letting them run my credit to see if i was approved or not. the salesman David tacconelli informed me that the dealership would pay off my current loan and that i was approved for the vehicle. Fast forward to all the paperwork that needs to be gone over and signed which on his part was quick and lack of communicating the fact that they did not pay off the previous loan i had which rolled into the loan that i was approved for in the amount of 11000 so after taxes and everything else thats rolled into this loan the truck turned out to be a total of 98000 i went up there today to ask him about the negative equity that was placed on my new loan and he said that he explained all of that to me which in no way shape or form happened and his response was that i didnt ask about it. I told him i never would have agreed to rolling that kind of money into this loan, I will be paying extra (previous vehicle) which i do not have and makes no sense at all to do since my previous truck was only a year old and i could have just kept it instead this experience has left such a bad taste in my mouth that ill never own another foc product. by the way the vehicle was not gassed up and their was dust on the steering wheel and the plastic covering the speedometer and gauges and the back and side windows looked like they used a dirty rag to clean them smeared beyond belief. he offered 2 $10 dollar gas cards as an incentive before i walked out on him For a dealership that is ranked 2nd in the nation in truck sales and 4th in the country in all around sales you would think this experience with Dave Tacconelli would have been a xxxx of a lot better. So now that nothing got accomplished with todays visit every time i look at this 98000 dollar truck i get sick to my stomach because if everything was explained with full disclosure i would still be in my f-150 instead of this hard to swallow pill.
