Had to push him to let me test drive a truck. Truck was undrivable bc it had some sticky spray residue on windshield and was unable to see through at night. And then he told me I was a lier bc the quote I was given at another dealership before going there was just way to low and then called a friend of his from a different dealership to try and get a price on a ford truck I looked at to prove to me that I was lying!? Is this how you treat customers!? I left insulted never would recommend this place. Tacky customer service More

Very happy I went to the dealership just to look at two vehicles. One was getting a alignment so I couldn't see it but Melody Callahan showed me the other one. Saturday Service at its finest I would first like to thank Kyle Palermino for setting me up a Saturday apointment to address the two recalls on my Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. When i I would first like to thank Kyle Palermino for setting me up a Saturday apointment to address the two recalls on my Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. When i called the dealership I explained that I wanted to get these safety recalls addressed, but my wife drives the jeep and works M -F. Kyle offered a Saturday apointment, which worked out great. When i arrived with the jeep he noticed the oil change indicator was lit and offered to get that done during this visit. So, all three issues addressed in only a few hours and on a Saturday. Only thing that would have made this visit even better is if they washed the jeep after the service and oil change. Overall, still very happy with my experience and Mr.Palermino's customer service. Unable to fix problem I took my Jeep into the dealership to get an alignment and a key made. I asked what the total would be and they said 59.95 for the alignment and 49. They did not say anything about programming which was 120 some dollars! Didn't know that til I showed up to pick it up. Picked up my car and got half way home and realized that the alignment was much worse than it was when I came in. I took it in a second time and it still was not correct. I took it to a belle tire and it was made perfect. More
