When I asked to look at the paperwork what really happened was they had it a year to the term of our loan making it 84 months what a terrible thing to try to do to somebody our salesman with an absolute liar I will never go back there or let any of my family do business with them More

Vehicle was serviced and ready in 1 hr and 50 mins. Not a real problem since service area appeared to be quite busy on Monday morning. Appreciate courtesy of the the tech and his professionalism. He had arranged for a car loaner since they were not able to look at the car in the same day. He kept me very informed as to all the steps they were taking to fix my car problem.
