I took my Ram 1500 into the body shop and the folks there immediately made me feel like all would be handled well. when the parts arrived I received a call and the appointment was scheduled. I was worried about my coolant level being low in the reservoir, it was a Sunday, so I went on their website and clicked service. Stephanie popped up on the Chat and I was able to ask questions with a r reservoir, it was a Sunday, so I went on their website and clicked service. Stephanie popped up on the Chat and I was able to ask questions with a real person. She called me on Tuesday, explained a few things to me (pleasant & knowledgeable) and I made an appointment for an oil change, where they always check all fluid levels. When I pulled in the service garage, I was greeted with a smile by Joe. Service checked for a leak but didn't find one. They filled it up with OAT coolant & I was good to go. While I was waiting, i asked Ryan, in the finance department, to check on my extended warranty. He was very helpful & took the time to explain everything about my options, as it expires later this year. Christina, at the service desk, was so nice & very good at her job. She made the final step of this service visit a pleasant one! One last thing...they even ran my car through their car wash for free!! So, thank you to all the service people behind the scenes that took care of my vehicle! Huvaere's is a well operated dealership! More
