Huvaeres Service Center Michael Myslakowski is highly professional at his duties. My 2007 JeepGrandCherokee had many issues, with its age/mileage, is to be expected. Just one ongoing issue, had Jeep in for it at Huvaeres and another local garage. They both say it's not showing anything is wrong. . But my SERVICE 4WHEEL SYSTEM is lighting up in my panel over and over again. That's troublesome! More

A basic oil change service turned into a $500.00 expense. I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change and the service department stripped the plug and left it leaking without telling me. I informed them th I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change and the service department stripped the plug and left it leaking without telling me. I informed them that I would be making a 1200 mile road trip the next morning. When I reached my destination I noticed oil on the driveway so I took my vehicle to another dealership where they showed me the stripped plug and ruined oil pan which had to be replaced. I notified Dick Huvaere’s service dept. They were unwilling to help me with this. I have made several calls and left messages with the service mgrs voicemail up to Kim J, general mgrs voicemail and have been ignored to date. More

Originally went to check out a 2017 Ram 1500 Big Horn that was a "Special" which seemed like a very good deal at the time which was $28k for only 20k Originally went to check out a 2017 Ram 1500 Big Horn that was a "Special" which seemed like a very good deal at the time which was $28k for only 20k miles. Crew Cab, Short Bed, with the Hemi 5.7L. Everything seemed fine by the pictures, in fact great. Come to find out the truck was a complete mess inside and out. Dirty inside as well as banged up, nonetheless almost more terrible touch up paint spots on the outside than actual factory paint. I also had my eye on another 2017 Ram 1500 Big Horn same everything except without leather seats and Aspen stereo system, as well as different color that was there as a "Special" for $29k with 25k miles. Long story short. I planned on trading in my 2005 Ram 1500 with 65k miles with minor problems and they only offered me $2500 for my trade in towards buying their used truck that has been sitting on their lot for the longest time and told me it would end up going to auction soon if it did not get sold. The double crossed me by saying they couldn't come down on the price of their truck to compensate for my trade in to work with me to lower my monthly payments due to the price they had to purchase the truck for but yet they ended up putting my trade in up for sale at $9k and not being fair on my trade especially due to the circumstances. Nonetheless, I did end up buying the 2nd truck with my trade in at 2500, but sat for countless hours waiting not only to see a financial advisor to sign my paperwork, but also have the truck detailed and precisely washed underneath. In the end, I waited for a truck to be cleaned properly and it wasn't. There was dog hair everywhere, stuff underneath seats, and the wheel wells as well as the underbody/engine bay was still coated in mud/dirt. Can't forget the terrible wax job that was done as well. I have had to return this truck several times for unsafe conditions such as loose headlights/foglights, burnt out reverse light (which they allowed me to drive on the road without on the test drive), cruise control not turning on or especially not turning off unless the brake is used which is an extreme hazard. This vehicle was supposed to be a Certified Used Vehicle by Dick Huvaere by their mechanics and I am very disappointed in the way they run things now. My family has been going their for years and unfortunately they are just not the same and I would turn to a different dealer if possible. Thank you. More
