Purchased a Ram 1500. We asked if they could throw in a remote start for free. We were told yes. We found out when we were signing the paperwork that wasn't true. We also found out they included something called "Super Polysteel Protection". This was never discussed, nor approved by us. We were never informed about it and it cost >$1,400 - for what appears to be a wax/surface coating. I have cancer and we would have never approved of that beforehand! It was a blatant money grab from the dealership...from someone with cancer!!! If they would do that to someone with cancer.. How do you think they would treat you? Find another dealer!!!! More
