I had a great experience using the Express Store at Hyundai Dick Hannah. My sales associate, Raymond Liao, was fantastic. I was helping my mom buy an EV, and I usually dislike traditional dealership visits because of the long negotiations and wasted hours. The Express Store completely removes that hassle. The pricing is fully transparent, even for leases, and you can adjust things like down payment and term right on the site. It’s the closest experience to buying a Tesla, but with Hyundai’s lineup. What impressed me most was the delivery. They brought the car directly to our home, so my mom and I didn’t have to spend 3–5 hours sitting in an office just to complete a lease. Thank you to the Express Store team for making the process easy and stress-free. As long as this option exists, I’ll definitely consider buying another Hyundai. More

I had a wonderful experience buying from Dick Hannah's. I was treated fairly and greeted in a friendly way upon entering. The fear of going to a dealership was instantly wiped away when I walked in.
