I have bought two cars from Dick Hannah Volkswagen in the last three years and have had their service done there as well. They are very friendly and thorough with their sales and service. Service department made an appointment to fit my schedule with a rapid e-mail verification of date and time. I took my 2006 Jetta TDI in for service the other day and had a great experience. My appointment was at 10am and they got me in right away even though they were very busy. My passenger headlight was out on my bug-a-boo. Calling to make the appointment was quick, with many different times to choose from. When we arrived Josh met us with a smile and even remembered my name. He listened to my issues, checked things out on my beetle, and let me know the headlight was covered under my warranty. One of the issues Josh fixed right on the spot was the windshield washer. It was squirting over the top of the car and Josh adjusted it. He told us how long it was going to take and made sure we didn't need a ride anywhere. We elected to walk and have breakfast. When we came back to pick up the car it was washed and ready to go. It had a spot of pitch on the side that Josh was already in process of cleaning. His friendly attitude and great personality is a nice change to most automotive shops. Thank you Josh and mechanics. Josh did an outstanding job. He went above and beyond what he could have done. The part that was defective in our clutch was not covered, but without even being asked he called the warranty people at VW what he could have done. The headlight was out on my VW Bug and I didn't even know that was an Under Warranty item. Thanks to the great service rep, I was able to replace my bulb for free.
