I am so pleased with the service that I have received from Dick Hannah. My check engine light had come on while on my way to work. He greeted me with a smile and made me feel like he really cared about my concerns with my car. He was very professional and knowledgable while dealing with all of my questions. I left my car there with him feeling very confident.Very soon after leaving , Josh called me with the outcome of the problem. I picked my car up a few hours later in good as new condition. I really feel that Josh should be commended. I appreciated the personal attention and concern that he showed in my situation. I will definetely bring my car back to him when the need arises. They explained all work performed and were right on time. I can't stress enough how much I would recommend this over the shoddy "European auto" places that you find elsewhere in Vancouver. Added bonus: You can schedule online and get a breakdown of costs, and a representative will call you to confirm the appointment. They'll also call to remind you of the appointment the day before and ensure you have no additional questions. A great system for forgetful folk like me! More
