None of that back and forth bargaining and non-sense. We exchanged two emails and one phone call and that was all it took to get a deal we were both satisfied with. Everyone there was really great: professional, knowledgable, and they also have a loyalty program perk going on to get you a set of tires if you service your new car at one of their dealers which is a pretty serious savings.
