Josh has a certain easy going (no hard push) sales approach that I liked very much, and was comfortable with. He answered all my questions and even went to their Portland location to pick up the specific car I wanted. Josh showed me, and my wife, all the amenities that new GTI came with. He even sync'd my iPhone for me! I can without a doubt say this was the easiest car purchase that I have made. Josh came out and was very knowledgeable on every aspect of the Jetta we bought. He even paired up our phones to the car and showed us every control and how it operated.
