He even drove to another location to grab my car...that just came of the truck!! Brought it back, washed and detailed. They even had there service department stay late so I could switch out the new tires I bought on my other car to my new one. Now that's what I call service...all taken care of before I was done signing my contract!! Thank you ever one...Especially Greg & Barbie for all the help and wonderful service...you guys made the whole experience delightful and not stressful at all. Now I get to drive around in my dream car! Couldn't be any happier :) More

On Tuesday of this week I decided to buy a new used car with excellent gas mileage. On Wednesday, I drove home a 2014 Toyota Prius. I worked with Greg, Alex and Brenda at Dick Hannah Volkswagen, and had another positive experience. As corny as it may sound, I realized that they were all "on my side." Greg recommended a car that was less expensive than the one I originally had in mind. Alex worked his magic to get me financed. Besides, Alex did my wife and I right with our new 2015 VW Passat SEL Premium that I bought a few days later. My wife absolutely loves her new 2015 VW Passat SEL Premium, and I definitely believe that we paid a fair price for this car, and that they gave us a fair trade in for our 2012 Passat SE. Love my new Golf! I had a great experience (my 3rd) with Dick Hannah. I went in to have some recall work done on my Jetta, and left with a new Golf (oops!) My salesma I had a great experience (my 3rd) with Dick Hannah. I went in to have some recall work done on my Jetta, and left with a new Golf (oops!) My salesman, Javan Alibabaie, was very good in showing me cars I was interested in, test driving, and searching out the few manual transmissions available. The finance department worked with me to get it right. Everyone was very friendly, and no "high pressure" guy came in to seal the deal. It was a very busy day at the dealership, but everything went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend Dick Hannah dealerships! More
