He believed me when I said that I was unwilling to negotiate on my terms and not only were they met, but they were met with an even more desirable vehicle than I was originally looking for. The vehicle had to be delivered (taking a little over a day) and the entire time I felt more like I was spending time with a friend, than with someone I was doing business with. Much improved in the last couple of years I wanted to upgrade my 2013 GTI (also bought at Dick Hannah VW) to something newer and a little nicer and I must say in the last 2 and half years or s I wanted to upgrade my 2013 GTI (also bought at Dick Hannah VW) to something newer and a little nicer and I must say in the last 2 and half years or so, they've improved quite a bit. My first experience was by no means the worst I've had at a dealership, but along with the quality of the GTI they have improved a lot. Excellent! I leased my second VW last year. i had the first one for over 200,000 miles. I thought i was looking to do a car swap. I leased the car in 2014 from B I leased my second VW last year. i had the first one for over 200,000 miles. I thought i was looking to do a car swap. I leased the car in 2014 from Barbie, who was just wonderful to work with. I now drive massive miles for work and run my car hard, and I was concerned about the lease on the back end. But Greg and the finance team helped me out. I was able to turn my lease into a purchase (because i do love my car) AND get into an extended warranty for the same payments. Plus I have a plan that covers all the normal expected service issues for an extended time. We are a VW family and remain happy with service and product. Terri More

Easy purchase I just bought my first Volkswagen. I honestly think it was Divine intervention as I was headed for the Kia dealership and turned into the wrong or sho I just bought my first Volkswagen. My friend and I got out of her car and realized our error but by then our awesome salesperson was introducing himself. I was asked a few simple questions about my needs and wants and was test driving a Jetta Wagon within minutes. Javan was personable and respectful and very easy to deal with. I felt listened to and that there was genuine interest in helping me to find a vehicle. I never did make it to Kia !!!! I drove it a few days when I experienced a glitch and called the service department. They had me bring it right in and fixed the issue. Everyone in the service department was friendly and helpful and NICE..... what a nice place to buy a car and get it serviced too. More
