My sales rep Austin Pounders new that I had already done my homework & had my mind made up between 2 cars, the Tiguan and the Touareg. He never pressured me to look at or to try to up sale me to a more expensive model. Instead he focused all of his time in making sure that I knew how all of the features worked so when I drove it off the lot I was as comfortable driving it as I was my older car. I love my Wolfsburg Tiguan and would not trade it for anything. The finance portion of the transaction was very easy, and I was in and out in no time. I highly recommend Austin if you are looking to buy a car. He is extremely knowledgeable about all of the VW products. I will certainly use him again in the future if we decide to trade in our other car. More
