I want to express what a wonderful experience I had buying my car from Dick Hannah. I came to Dick Hannah because my partner bought his car here and has loved the care and comfort he received from the buying my car from Dick Hannah. When I came in on Saturday I had my eye on a car but I was not fully invested in walking away with it. We were greeted by Will who very kindly allowed us to drive the golf over the Vancouver location so that we could check out their inventory which really helped to provide not only a comparison but also some time in the golf to really feel how it performed. After I decided I was interested in the car came the part I really dreaded. There are so many horror stories of buying cars at dealerships and really being taken advantage of and I didn't want to spend a lot of time navigating this. I had a limited amount of time and if the deal was going to work I needed someone who was direct, honest and capable of moving things through quickly. This is where Harry Raziaghy came in. I wanted to specifically spend time writing this review because of the quality of experience I had with him. I feel like he truly is a genuine, kind, respectful, effective and connected guy. Within 2 minutes he found a way to connect to me that made me trust him. I told him what I wanted and what I was willing to pay each month for the car and he worked really hard to make this happen. I felt really listened to and respected. His personality was very fun, engaging, warm and made me feel like he really cared about taking care of me in a manner of integrity. Since I have bought the car he continues to exude these qualities. I also want to add that Brandon was really helpful and went above and beyond to secure me the deal that was promised to me when I bought the car. I am so grateful for this quality of integrity. Finally, I have also had a great experience so far with Jeremy in service. The car has a pronounced rattle and he had been really helpful in easing my worries about having it fixed and getting me set up for an appointment to bring the car in while I am on vacation. Overall I am very impressed with Dick Hannah VW of Portland. More

Tyson was very friendly and down to earth. He wasn't pushy and offered helpful info. He stayed late into the night to get my transaction all taken care of. One evening the CHECK ENGINE Light came on as I arrived home. The following morning, I called for an appointment and to ask about what I could to could not do. Service was completed in one day and was major change up in emissions control. I was very fortunate to get this fixed - one of the few problems that I have had in the 12 years owning my Beetle. Kind of hard to select a vehicle brand serviced when they actually wouldn't service your car... Dick Hannah will sell you the moon in order to get you into one of their vehicles. I bought a car from them and was talked into the extended full service warranty. Told over and over again how they strive to make customers happy. Well that changes as soon as you leave the lot. My car less than 2,000 miles of light driving (less than 5 miles a day) into ownership has had several issues. I take my car in this morning and we go on a test drive then they decide that they won't even look at it, and try to pawn me off on one of their other dealerships in another state. Not only will they not even take my car over there themselves. I was fine driving it over there myself but would need a loaner or ride home. Both of which were refused. The level of service promised, quality of car, and customer service provided are all sorely lacking. It is one thing to provide terrible customer service once the sale has been made and the car as left the lot, but quite another to sell vehicles based on a commitment to customersive and upsell additional products and services and them provide terrible customer service. I've definitely learned my lesson and will not be a repeat customer. I caution anyone seriously considering buying a car from here. The sales pitch and reality are polar opposites. More
