I planned on buying a new vehicle by the end of 2015 and started the process on Christmas Eve. I hit a few snags and didn't make it to the dealership until New Years Eve we drove our new car home that evening. The sales team worked well together and I appreciate the fact that multiple members assisted us during the process. I had high expectations of the dealership (friends who had made recent purchases via Dick Hannah VW loved their quality of service) and they met my requirements with room to spare!
