When I walked into Dick Hannah, Doug Clark my sales guy was the first to greet me. Keep in mind that I'm an East Coaster having spent the last 15 years in New York State. Doug was very polite and asked me what he could help me with: I thought he knew.. I was there to see about purchasing a car ( I was cranky from having spent an hour getting across town so my attitude was all East Coast - direct with "rude" attached ) I can't apologize enough for this because DOUG was absolutely AMAZING! Doug's warm and friendly demeaned was genuine and it didn't take long for me to ease back into the West Coast vibe. He treated me as individual rather than a woman walking in alone. We looked at the numbers first to see what was realistic and only showed me cars that were in my best interest. All the vehicles he was very knowledgeable with and what he didn't know, he found out for me. I ended up going with a 2016 Hyundai. Next came Chris Ward, my finance wizard. Chris was able to get me an amazing deal that fit my needs and then some! Doug and Chris didn't kill my credit with individual credit inquiries and truly were and are about doing what is best for the customer. These two guys are magic! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone and I highly recommend Doug to any woman walking in alone. More
