This was all relaxed and not any pressure. Very upfront and straightforward presentation of the facts and available options. Noe was a great, relaxed salesperson who allowed me to look over the cars without the hint of pressure. His comfortable and polite personality was rewarded with a sale! Ended up leasing a new Golf Alltrack under very fair terms. And Noe went out of his way to accommodate scheduling a small paint blemish fix and offered to drop me off and pick me up, accommodating my work schedule. So far, I have nothing but great things to say about the experience. Thanks guys! More

Won't stand behind their work I bought a 2013 Jetta Hybrid from here which cost me about $33K brand new. One year later partr of the transmissions "brain" called the mechatronic un I bought a 2013 Jetta Hybrid from here which cost me about $33K brand new. One year later partr of the transmissions "brain" called the mechatronic unit goes out which was covered thanks to a recall. As of right now my Jetta is sitting in a different/competitors lot and has informed me it has the EXACT same problem which was promised to be fixed only this time Dick Hannah VW wont honor their work and product and isn't going to be covered because the "warranty" of 12 months or 12,000 miles has lapsed. This is now the second time an $1100 part failed not including labor and that still may not fix the issue. How many transmission do you know that last more than 12,000 miles? Most id guess. So now I'm stuck with a $13K loan remainder and a Jetta I cant even drive. It seems that a company that claims to be one of the best and a dealer who supports them would stand behind their work. Especially on a transmissions computer. I can understand not covering tires, brakes, head/tail lights because its normal wear and tear. Transmissions however no matter what company should last longer than this. Ive taken it in for an oil change and had the bolt stripped not allowing it to be tightened again once oil was drained and I'm certain an engine with no oil isn't a good thing. The list goes on. I'd NEVER have expected to get kicked to the curb by VW though and with customer service like this I wont be a repeat buyer and will advise anyone I know to reconsider. I've seen Geo Metros last longer than this so beware of what you're getting into otherwise you'll have a nice shiny lawn decoration to look at. Lesson learned. Dealing with Dick Hannah was the worst car buying experience of my Shyster sales manger and staff. This was the second VW I had purchased in August. Dealing with Dick Hannah was the worst car buying experience of my life. Their staff all claimed "would meet or beat" all deals; and then discredited Salem VW who were great to work with. I was able to prove the discounts at Salem, and then Saydi claimed they were fraudulent and made up. High pressure 4 hour lies sales manipulation. I hope my review will turn a least 1 buyer away and save them major headaches. There is not enough space to explain all Roy Saydi and Jacob Treacy's(not listed) tag team of zero veracity. More

So happy with my experience at Dick Hannah Volkswagon! I came in to look at a specific vehicle I had seen online and when Noe approached me I felt completely at ease! GTI_Guy Deal took a bit longer than I thought, at the end I walked out very close to figures I wanted. I got an awesome GTI in the color and trim I wanted.
