Had a poor experience with this dealership many years ago and it seems they haven't changed all that much. I inquired about a car and explained the old issue I had, along with another issue with another Dick and it seems they haven't changed all that much. The very first email I received said they'd have their assistant GM email me and try and make it right, but never got a single email from them. I gave the car info I was inquiring about and asked for information and to try and work out something for the issues I've gone through but got no responses about the car and about a week after initially trying to go over the car it ended up being sold. At this point it feels like Dick Hannah dealers just hope that if you have an issue you get too tired and move on. More
