Financial department is unprofessional To keep it short, I would not recommend this dealer. Portland nor Vancouver are that far of a drive. The car we got back was still dirty and empty on fuel. Very unprofessional So everyone check out their response, just beating around the bush to hide their shady practices. Then nick trying to tell me he's doing everything possible and is very sorry. If this dealership was in our corner. They would have washed the car and fueled it for the hassle they put us threw. Even after sighing the paperwork to get the car back. They still tried to charge us the 150 for the paperwork. Good thing I caught it and had them take it off. This is also after nick didn't have my girlfriend sign everything. She had to come in again. More
