Not pushy... very patient with us and our need to take our time to make the right decision for us. So after going home and sleeping on all of the info that was going through our minds...(we told her we'd be back the next morning), we came back and drove the same three vehicles from the night before and choose a beautiful Highlander Hybrid! Very happy with all of the service we received from the start to the finish! This is our third purchase through Hannah... and I'm sure it won't be our last. Amazing Experience I live in Portland and work long hours, so the idea of driving up to Kelso after work to pick up the car was not appealing. However, Sandra McMillin I live in Portland and work long hours, so the idea of driving up to Kelso after work to pick up the car was not appealing. However, Sandra McMillin made it a seamless process from start to finish. I can't tell you how impressed I was with her. She even offered to drive the Prius down to Portland to drop it off to me herself, which was an amazing gesture. While she did offer, I didn't let her to do that, as that was too much to ask. But the simple fact that she offered went a long way. This is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to my experience working with her through this process. She was engaging, enthusiastic, knowledgeable... and above all, I don't know that I've ever met someone who has provided better customer service. Long story short, I was extremely impressed with my buying experience. And Sandra was a MAJOR part of that. I also want to give a shout out to Brandon in Finance. I didn't spend nearly as much time with Brandon as I did with Sandra; however, he made filling out whatever paperwork that was necessary a breeze and took extra time to ensure I fully understood what I was getting myself into. More

Nick was efficient and came to our home to pick us up to look at the two different vehicles we were interested in. When we sat down for the paperwork, Nick offered to get us beverages, food or anything else we needed to feel at home. Nick answered several of our questions and before we new it, we felt like old friends. Dick Hanna really went above and beyond in service and appreciation for us. As we got our keys, Nick took our picture to commemorate our first purchase. We will need another new vehicle in February and we no longer have the stress of wondering where to go or who to see. Nick was professional, polite and incredibly helpful. Thank you guys, at Dick Hanna! Cant wait to come back again!!! More
