Toyota Girl Power! I am always a little "leery" when shopping for a new or used car. I am afraid that being a middle-aged single woman, I might not be listened to or tak I am always a little "leery" when shopping for a new or used car. I am afraid that being a middle-aged single woman, I might not be listened to or taken seriously, and end up being taken advantage of. However, at Dick Hannah Toyota in Kelso, I was thrilled to be greeted by Sandra McMillin, another "mature" woman, who knows how to match the buyer with exactly the right vehicle. Sandra did not have the "mini-van" I was specifically looking for, but she listened very carefully as I told her my needs (in no particular order): Driver visibility, cargo space, side door access, vehicle body size (I have a short garage), highway mileage, dependability/reliability, age range of vehicle, etc. Then she said, "I think I have exactly what you're looking for. Have you ever considered a Scion xB?" Well, NO, I had not considered a Scion, because I had preconceived, or rather ill-conceived, ideas about them... But she talked me into test-driving the vehicle, and ... well, you know the rest of the story... I fell in love with it! I've had my 2008 Scion xB for 3 months now, and whenever I'm asked where I got it, and would I recommend the dealership, I am only too happy to text them Sandra's name and contact info. In my opinion, she epitomizes what every car salesperson should be, and sets a high standard for others! More

I explained to the salesman that answered the phone about my previous experience and he assured me this one would be better. I was still hesitant but decided to give it a try. I ended up being happy I gave the dealership a second chance mainly because of Brian Patterson! Brian made sure my husband and I were comfortable, informed, and happy! We ended up with the perfect car and a wonderful memory of the experience. I will definitely be using visiting Brian at Dick Hannah again for future car buying needs. More

Jorden was very concerned about this. I'm sure if the decision to fix this was totally up to him it would have been fixed but,he had to get ok from someone else. I could tell he was a little embarassed when he had to come tell me it was cosmetic and there was nothing they could do. To have this done by a bodyrepairman would have been simple. So now I have to figure out hoew to fix this myself. Like I said,I don't blame jorden for this decision. I was planning onn buying a car from jorden in the near future but if dick hannah can't fix a little trim problem for me I doubt I will deal with them again.like I said jorden I don't blame you.I guess when a person buys a used car there's not as much profit for the company so they treat like I'm not as important as a new car buyer.
