Found the truck I was searching for. I went on the hunt for trucks and looked at many dealerships (3 Toyota dealerships), Dick Hannah Toyota was the winner. I was referred to Lucas at Dick Hannah Toyota, but because of the distance, I waited to see if I could find a truck closer to home. I could have saved some time and just drove directly to Longview. Lucas was one of the best sales men I encountered during my truck search. He showed me the truck I was looking for and was up front any and all extras on top. I knew what to expect when I reached the finance office. Lucas also was very patient with me and understood my concerns with our deal. I had my 4 year old boy with me and we came in late, so without his patients we may not have got this deal done. The entire process was fairly quick and I believe it was due to the "no BS" approach Lucas had. My last vehicle purchase was a jeep and the experience was the total opposite. It took 3 days to get that deal done and I still felt like I was swindled. Good job Lucas and thank you. More
