Sandra McMillin was my sales consultant and she went out of her way to ensure that there was minimum back-and-forth during the process. Her absolute goal was to help me reach the payment I wanted while providing me with outstanding customer service. Even though there was a slight hiccup when it came to the computers in the finance department, Sandra made good use of the time and showed me how to use all of the features of the vehicle. I was also introduced to the service department and got set up for my first appointment with a stellar guy named Justin Renteria. To finish my experience off, I was assisted by two finance managers (Serge Kononov and Dan Medack) who were extremely professional in explaining my terms and financing/insurance options.
