Took my 2012 vehicle I had bought from Toyota of Olympia only a year ago (btw, horrible place!!!) and used as trade in on my brand new 2016 car from Dick Hannah that costs about the same for my 2012 that had over 60,000 miles and couldn't of made a better choice going with Dick Hannah. Nick Sisson was my salemen and I would recommend anyone to him! He made our experience great getting this new car, as anyone knows how long the process takes to get a vehicle :) my 8 month old son that sat with us the whole time (3hrs plus the 2hour drive) did not once get fussy and helped us entertain my son. Thank you so much Dick Hannah and also would love to thank Nick Nordquist in the finance dept. for getting the best deal I could of ever gotten from anywhere and thanks to Serge for dealing with the paper part of my vehicle purchase. Sandra greeted us warmly and truly listened, taking us only to vehicles that were suited to our preferences. She exercised considerable patience with us throughout the process. She answered all of our questions (I had a million) about the vehicle and financing, keeping us updated via texts and phone calls when we requested assistance. She was wonderfully kind. Our children adored her. This was our first significant car purchase and I was pretty anxious, but she helped a lot and I think we got a better vehicle for our family than I would have found on my own (our previous Craigslist purchases may be evidence of this). Everyone at Dick Hannah demonstrated helpfulness and professionalism. And did I mention that we love our Siena? :) More
