Made everything so easy and smooth! Miguel was so amazing. He came in on his day off. He drove to Vancouver to get the car we wanted to see. Brought it back to Longview. Great salesman!! Very much so taken advantage of!! Tricked into a service agrement that I said I did not want by Jordan! I cryed when I realized what he'd done to me! I went back to to get the papers Tricked into a service agrement that I said I did not want by Jordan! I cryed when I realized what he'd done to me! I went back to to get the papers changed they keeped saying "didn't you sign this" and I had to say yes, I believe I didn't need to read the details of the papers being given to me at a very fast rate because I beleived they said what we had agreed on. Not so when I got my payment and then went back through the paper work and seen what he'd done to me! My daughter Catherine was with me and she also can't believe what he pulled off. I am a 61 year old single women and a little nervious. Maybe that's why I was treated this way. More

We actually traveled from Texas to Washington to get the Tundra. 6 STARS FOR ZACH DYER I had a wonderful experience at this dealership! I walked into Dick Hannah Toyota at 5:45pm and drove off in my new car at 8:15pm. The whole process c I had a wonderful experience at this dealership! I walked into Dick Hannah Toyota at 5:45pm and drove off in my new car at 8:15pm. The whole process could not have gone any smoother. When I first started looking for a car I let Zach know the type of cars I was looking for and he let me know when he had them on his lot. While looking online, I saw a car I was interested in and told Zach about it. He said it was down in another Dick Hannah lot in Portland, OR & he offered to go get the car and bring it up to Kelso, WA by the time I got off work that day. Now THAT is great customer service!! I am one happy customer and its all thanks to Zach Dyer! I appreciate all of your help, honesty, and dedication! More
