Drove 2 1/2 Hours to Buy Our Car Here...Again After yet another try at buying a car at a great price from my local dealership we turned to Dick Hannah Toyota Kelso again. Unlike previously where we happened to drive in on our way home this time we sought our 2017 Camry through DH internet sales from the comfort of our greater Seattle area house. Salesperson Justin Lapham was prompt, responsive, polite and generally exceptional in all respects. Within a few emails he and his manager negotiated a great deal, located the exact car we wanted at another lot, confirmed next day delivery to their lot, started the application process and made plans for our next day arrival. Within a liittle over an hour of trying from my home computer I bought a car and was still off to my round of golf! The next day we made the trip to DH Kelso. We were greeted, made comfortable, had a test drive and car features familiarization, signed the paperwork and were gone in no time. This was the best auto purchase experience from start to finish we have ever had! Some years ago we bumped into DH Kelso on a whim. We couldn't make a deal near home and just decided to pull into DH on our trip home from Portland. That time BAM new Tacoma! Most recently we again found no acceptable deal near home (we gave it a good try) so my wife reminded me of our previous DH experience. With a quick internet search the DH experience began again. BAM new Camry! Overall GREAT again and well worth the trip! We cannot say enough good things about DH Toyota Kelso. From price to customer service to professionalism, politeness and a low pressure approach to making a car purchase fun and rewarding, DH has it all. We were greeted by a young lady named Torri and she promptly brought us water and the keys to the vehicle that we told her we came to look at. She was knowledgeable, sincere, and not once seemed frustrated with the many questions we had. We told Torri that we were just beginning to research and were not ready to buy and she still took us seriously and was still eager to help my daughter and I out.
