Great Experience!!! I just bought a 2008 Chevy Impala from Miguel and had a great experience! The morning that I bought my new car I was supposed to be getting my old I just bought a 2008 Chevy Impala from Miguel and had a great experience! The morning that I bought my new car I was supposed to be getting my old car fixed but the cost of the repairs were unreasonable for a car with high miles, when I found out how expensive it is was going to be I started looking online and found this car. I was nervous that I wasn't going to get a very good car without looking around a lot. Not only did I find a great car for a good price but the dealership got me an amazing interest rate and payment. I filled out a loan application online before I headed into the dealership so it was a very easy process once I got there. Miguel was not pushy and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Miguel and the folks at Dick Hannah Toyota. I'll be buying there again in the future! More

I felt as though I was dealt with very fairly. What I liked the most about my purchase today was that all questions I had were answered sincerely and accurately. There was no beating about the bush with anything from financing options to random questions about the truck itself. Mike Brady had great feedback about some extra options I wanted. Zach Dyer was very quick and precise on my paperwork. And Sandra McMillin had all the answers I needed as far and getting me acquainted with the truck itself, given I've never owned a truck with this many bells and whistles. Love My New Car I am a stubborn person and I came in to the dealership looking for a specific car that I had seen online that I knew was in my price range. Unfortuna I am a stubborn person and I came in to the dealership looking for a specific car that I had seen online that I knew was in my price range. Unfortunately that car was not available as someone had done a "virtual" buy, giving them 24 hours to come in and look at the car. I was disappointed. But Sandra showed me some cars anyway. She was patient and positive even though I was a little annoyed/reluctant because it wasn't the car I had come in to look at. She suggested a few and we test drove 2 others. I ended up with a much newer car with much less mileage and I won't have to rearrange my budget to pay for it. I was very specific about what I could and could not do and the whole team worked with me to make sure I was where I said. I am loving my new car and am very happy with my experience. More

Loved our entire experience!!!!! Most people don't like the thought of looking for another vehicle at a dealership because of everything negative you hear about pushy sales consultant Most people don't like the thought of looking for another vehicle at a dealership because of everything negative you hear about pushy sales consultants. We were no different when going to Dick Hannah Toyota. On the lot, we were met by Sandra McMillin and we both thought (well, here goes). We advised her what we were looking for and immediately she seemed very sincere. She was warm, understanding, and "listened" to what we wanted and our concerns. I have never seen anyone work so hard to try and help us. We decided on a truck and Sandra did everything she could to make it work with our (not the best) credit. After everything she did, we suddenly changed our minds and decided we didn't want that vehicle. It was more than obvious that she wasn't frustrated with us at all. Quite the opposite! She had the sweetest sheepish grin and after working again for a long time, showed us that we could afford a great lease on a BRAND NEW 2016 RAV4!!!!! Never in our lives did we think we could get into a vehicle like that!!!! By the end of the day (way past when she should have gone home), we not only drove off in our new dream car, but I can honestly say we made a new friend. I just cannot say enough good things about Sandra McMillin AND Dick Hannah Toyota. We will tell everyone we know and I can't imagine us going anywhere else in the future. We hope Sandra will always be there as she made a difficult process, easy and painless. What a doll and what patience she had with us. Loved her! Thank you Sandra! Purchase of 2016 4Runner Met Nick Sisson in August when I was looking at a 4Runner to replace my soon-to-be bought back VW Passat diesel. Nick was very knowledgeable about th Met Nick Sisson in August when I was looking at a 4Runner to replace my soon-to-be bought back VW Passat diesel. Nick was very knowledgeable about the product(not always the case with salesmen at other dealerships) and was a pleasure to interact with. I was very impressed with him. He remained in touch with me via e-mail while the VW matter was being resolved in court. When I was ready to buy I gave Nick the specifics of what I wanted, and he located the exact vehicle the next day and offered it a a very reasonable price (considerably below what I was being quoted by local dealerships here in California). We made the deal and I arranged to pick it up a few days later while on my way to Seattle. Nick was not available that day, but arranged for Justin Lapham to get the vehicle ready and do a thorough walk-through with me. Dan Medack handled the paperwork process very efficiently. This was the most pleasant, hassle-free experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. Full credit goes to Nick for making the sale, but also a "well done" to Justin for the hand-over process. I'd recommend this dealership, and these salesmen, to anyone looking to buy a Toyota vehicle. More
