I found my car on the internet and after some research, decided it was a really good deal. I did an inquiry and Dan Medack called me and we made arrangements for a test drive. I couldn't get there right away because of other commitments. When I got to the dealership, Dan went to get the car that he had put in the back of the lot so it wouldn't get sold before I got there! Dan made sure I knew that there were a few dents and small issues on this used 2006 Elantra. There was a small glitch in the finance process but we worked through that and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Dick Hannah again. More
