The guy that serviced my car writes like a doctor, but that's okay, even though I could not read his signaature, he did a very good job of explaining what was done. The service department has always been most accomodating trying to fit our schedules and the work has always been done on time and done very well. Everything is good except when you get to the price. It would make more sense to me if I were given a bill based on time and material, rather than a "book" price. If it truly took an hour to change the oil would make more sense to me if I were given a bill based on time and material, rather than a "book" price. If it truly took an hour to change the oil and filter (15 minutes), rotate the tires (10 minutes) and run a diagnostic (5 minutes), I would understand the $140 charge. But I know it doesn't. I also would guess that Dan doesn't make $3600 per week. That's $90/hr times 40 hours. But it is what it is. More
Staff works me into the schedule so that my car can be serviced quickly. Availability of WiFi allows me to do some work while I want for the work to be done. MY LAST VISIT TO THE DEALER WAS FOR ALOT OF MAINTENANCE I HAD PUT OFF A LOT OF WORK BECAUSE OF EXPENCE WHEN I HAD THE VISIT PRIOR CAMERON SPENT ALOT OF TIME WITH ME REVIEWING THE SERVICES THAT I NEEDED TO I HAD PUT OFF A LOT OF WORK BECAUSE OF EXPENCE WHEN I HAD THE VISIT PRIOR CAMERON SPENT ALOT OF TIME WITH ME REVIEWING THE SERVICES THAT I NEEDED TO HAVE DONE HE WORKED ON HOW TO GET THE THINGS DONE IN THE LEAST EXPENSIVE WAY, BUT MOST THOROUGH WAY, HE CAME UP WITH A PLAN THAT WORKED VERY WELL CAMERON HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN EVERY SERVICE I'VE HAD DONE AT THIS DEALER AND HE IS A VERY HARD WORKING, KNOWELEGABLE, KIND, AND PATIENT PERSON I FEEL THAT CAMERON REALLY CARES ABOUT THE SERVICE EXPERIENCE THAT I HAD AT DICH HANNAH HE ALSO MAKES SURE THAT THE DETAILS ARE TAKEN CARE OF AND SEEN ALL THE WAY THROUGH I REQUESTED TO SEE MY SPARK PLUGS AND WHEN I PICKED MY TRUCK UP THEY WERE ON THE SEAT I HAD TO LEAVE MY TRUCK OVERNIGHT AND DAN GOT ME A LOANER TRUCK WHICH HELPED ME OUT A GREAT DEAL EVERYONE AT THIS DEALERSHIP THAT I HAVE WORKED WITH HAS BEEN VERY FRIENDLY HELPFUL AND KNEW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT I HAVE ALWAYS DONE MY OWN MAINTENCE ON MY VEICHELS I WAS RELUCTANT TO USE A DEALERSHIP AT FIRST BUT I HAVE COME TO TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP AND NOW I JUST KEEP TRACK OF WHEN I NEED TO TAKE THE TRUCK IN I HAVE NEVER HAD A MOMENT OF PROBLEM WITH MY TRUCK AND I HAVE 100,000 MILES ON IT MY TOYOTA LAST TRUCK I HAD I PUT 250,000 MILES ON IT AND NEVER DID ANYTHING BUT REGULAR MAINANCE ON IT I SEE TOYOTA AS HAVING EXTREME QUALITY FROM THE PRODUCT TO THE PEOPLE FANTASTIC!!! I travel from Portland to Kelso because the service is so good. I brought in my Corolla for a routine service and they not only found a tail light problem, they made significant checks. I am very impressed with their vigilant quality of service and their attention to detail. I found my service writer to be very detail oriented. She also checked to see if there were any recalls on my model. I find it is worth the trip because the service department is honest, knowledgeable and reliable. I highly recommend their service dept. As a Customer for Life I was under the impression that car washes are included when getting a service - I have been twice and neither time did I get a car wash! Between the low rating(1.9 at the time), higher prices, poor selection, and sales staff that appeared to be unavailable or not interested in selling a car, we drove 3 hours to Kelso WA.( Dick Hannah Toyota). We received a a fair trade in and a great price on our new Toyota. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new Toyota.
