When I showed up they were right there and explained what kind of service need to be done and how long it would take. The service from Sarah was great she took care of my every need. Including when they had to keep my car (because of the recall) and give me a rental. I brought my 08 Highlander in for its 45K service. I also asked them to address an annoying rattle in the dashboard. The serviceman quikly found the problem and ordered the part needed, in the meantime also asked them to address an annoying rattle in the dashboard. The serviceman quikly found the problem and ordered the part needed, in the meantime they put in some foam which works well, no more rattle! My car was serviced and returned to me in under the time promised! I feel so lucky to have such qualified mechanics so close to my home. I couldn't be happier! More

I brought my 07 Tundra in to this dealer due to the gas pedal recall. I was pleased with the prompt service I received and the friendly attitudes of the service department. The work was completed sooner than their estimated time so I was able to get my truck back. They even offered me a credit towards my next service visit for the inconvenience of the recall. When I arrived at the dealership, My car was immediately take into the service bay, vacuumed, and prepared for the service. The parts replacement was done within 45 minutes. Coffee and a well appointed customer lounge was provided. The service manager had the paper work ready for signature quickly. The overall service experience was excellent. I was treated respectfully by all contacts. Personnel were friendly and professional. The work was done quickly without any undue wait. More
