My 2007 Corrola suddenly stopped. I had the towing company take me to Dick Hannah's service department. We were shopping for a 4cyl 4wd, Rav4. There only two on the lot, a Sport and a Limited. Loved the Limited, but hated the color. The staff went out of their way to find just what I wanted at another dealers the lot, a Sport and a Limited. Loved the Limited, but hated the color. Since we didn't live nearby we really didn't want to have to come back again the next day to pick up the car so we asked if they could send somebody right then and we would wait. They did and I drove away in my new car a few hours later. I love my car! More

I was very pleased with the curteous service I received in my recent visit to Dick Hannah Toyota in Kelso. From the time I called to make the appointment to the time I drove out of the Service Department in my recent visit to Dick Hannah Toyota in Kelso. From the time I called to make the appointment to the time I drove out of the Service Department the people were friendly. I was very impressed when I saw the number of items they inspected in the service. They told me it would only be an hour which was important to me since I waited in the Customer Lounge. It took less than an hour to complete the service and check many other items on their check list. The service rep explained the bill to me and I was on my way in less than an hour. I appreciate the courtesy and respect for my time the quality of the work performed. More

I've depended on the Dick Hannah Service Department to keep my 2005 Corolla running like new. I recently noticed my Engine Warning Light was on. I went straight to the Dick Hannah Service people and the keep my 2005 Corolla running like new. I recently noticed my Engine Warning Light was on. I went straight to the Dick Hannah Service people and they made me feel like I was a very special customer. They traced the problem to a faulty Engine Monitoring Computer. They didn't have a replacement part in stock, so they ordered one and they loaned me a new Corolla to drive until the repair could be completed...They called me the next morning. My car was repaired and ready for pick up. I returned the Loaner that afternoon and was pleased to learn that my vehicle was under warantee and that there was no charge for the service. I'm definately a Happy Camper! I applaud Toyota for the overall quality, efficiency and reliability of their products and I especially recommend the folks at Dick Hannah Toyota in Longview, Washington for their professionalism. This is my one of least problematic buying car experience. Everything was smooth and went as promised. I bought a 2010 RAV4 LTD and Shaun took care of all our needs.
