Don Schimmel is a great salesman. He listened to what I needed and he took it from there. Don was very helpful from moment one. He wasn't pushy and listened to what our needs were. We needed a safe, economical car for a good price. One thing that I really appreciated about Don and my trip to Dick Hannah was that I got to drive my car more than once before I purchased it. They even would have let me take it home over night to help make my decision! It was a great experience and my husband and I love our 2010 Corolla. So glad that we went over to Dick Hannah and met up with Don. Plan on buying all of our future vehicles there! More
I have 2 toyota's in the house hold, a 2007 Rav4, and a 2008 tundra crewmax. Both have been the best rigs that the wife and myself have owned. I went in for a oil change this last time, and they found that the water pump was leaking, and the belt was crack. they did a complete check of the rig, not just a oil change. I am going on a vacation and knowing my luck I would have lost the water pump and the belt out in the woods, were there is no cell phone service. I would have been up a creak with out a paddle. Dick Hannah fixed the water pump under warranty, and I got the belt done for cost. thank you Dick Hannah for taking the time to do a great service. More
I had my 2005 Seinna Mini Van serviced for the 75,000 mile servicing. From the beginning I had great service. The scheduling department was attentive to my needs and scheduled the servicing appointment a mile servicing. From the beginning I had great service. Upon arrival to service department, I was promptly greeted in a very friendly and business like manner by the service employees. They answered all of my questions and provided useful information as to when I would expect the van to be ready for pick-up. I did not have to wait for the shuttle and the shuttle driver was very helpful because I had two of my kids with me. He was very courteous and prompt. The cashier was also very helpful and friendly. She provided me with different payment options and gave me account information regarding my Dick Hannah Rewards Card. The servicing took less time than predicted which was also nice. I definitely had a positive experience for this servicing appointment. I also liked getting the complimentary car wash card. Very helpful for me. Thank you. More
We purchased a new Tacoma dbl. cab in 2005 and have had a good experience with the service department everytime the truck has been taken in for regularly scheduled maintenance and inspection. I have been asking the service department to check my tires the last few oil changes to see if they had reached the limit for replacement under the customers for life. They were very worn on the outside tires the last few oil changes to see if they had reached the limit for replacement under the customers for life. They were very worn on the outside edges despite my keeping the tires balanced and alignment done. I was feeling the tires were getting to a safety concern stage as the antiskid would kick on routinely when driving in the rain. Didn't seem normal and definately didn't give me the feeling of safety. Service manager rechecked tires when I asked for him after the attendant again said - sorry, they are not to the limit for replacement. His recheck showed that two of the tires were very close and two were still a few thousand miles away, so he said he would submit all four anyway for customer convenience. It was approved and they were replaced within a couple days. Thanks Dick Hannah. You have confirmed I'm a customer for life - both ways. JV - Longview More

very nice place to do business...car done when promissed, they even vacuumed the floors! I like that they check for future potential problems so that we can budget the repairs in.
