I don't like giving bad reviews, but I have to say I was sincerely disappointed in Dick Hannah Toyota. I was made to wait repeatedly - not only to get a quote for my trade-in, but to even purchase my new v sincerely disappointed in Dick Hannah Toyota. I was made to wait repeatedly - not only to get a quote for my trade-in, but to even purchase my new vehicle. I received a quote for my trade-in and the next day the quote was not honored. I was told that it was a miscommunication on the manager's part or that I heard wrong. It was clear to me the company didn't want my trade-in. I grant my trade-in had high miles -267,000, but was in excellent shape. I actually sold the vehicle for nearly double the quote within a week of buying my new car. Even though I had this bad experience, I hoped it was isolated and I decided to buy a RAV 4. I called hours ahead to notify the dealership I wanted to buy in order to give them plenty of time to be ready. Unfortunately, there were many other customers there and the dealership seemed unable to handle everyone efficiently. Granted it was a Sunday afternoon, but it was Labor Day weekend and I waited over an hour just to see someone in financing. There was a woman next to me who complained the wait made her want to change her mind. On the bright side I was able to finish reading one of vehicle manuals. ;-) After two and half hours, just when I thought I was going to take my new RAV 4 home, the car was not cleaned properly - it had a mark on the door which needed buffing, water spots, and grime inside the door. Additionally, the gas tank was not filled. I had to take the salesman to their gas pump so he could fill it up. I was told that when I brought the vehicle back in for service to get the protective coating added, they would make sure to get the mark and spotting taken care of. Also the service department would call me to schedule the service. During this entire time, I kept a smile on my face and didn't complain. After all, we all have an off day. However, after five days of waiting for the service department to call, I called the salesman to see what the hold up was. He told me he would personally leave a note for the service department to call. The next day, the manager who gave me the trade-in quote called to check up on things, completely unaware the service department had not called. When I informed him of the oversight, he assured me he would take care of things. The service department did call about an hour later, but in the interim, another sales person called to check up on how things were going - again unaware I had already spoken to the manager. I'm hoping that this is just a bad week for the dealership, but I found them completely unorganized and exasperating. It didn't matter how many times they apologized (and they apologized a lot!) they didn't fix the problems. I must add that I've edited this posting, as I received a call from the manager after my original posting. He was shocked at my disappointment. I can't blame him as I did not voice my complaints during the process. He assured me that after I notified him of the service oversight, he met with his people to establish a policy of who would call a customer to set up such appointments and the timing for doing so. He also said that on the day in question the dealership was suddenly overwhelmed with a number of customers at the same time. I mentioned that if I had known it would take so long, I would have come back the next day. I was pleased he took my comments to heart, but still remain disappointed with the process. More
Everybody there worked deligently with me to get me the car that I wanted. Everybody was professional and considerate even when I could have been more so. I purchased a used car from Hannah Toyota in Kelso after viewing an on-line ad for the vehicle. I appreciated the fact that the add had a free Carfax so that I knew a fair amount about the car before we sh viewing an on-line ad for the vehicle. We have owned Oldsmobiles, Fords, Dodge, Chevys, VWs and Toyotas; 3 different Dealers with the latter and the Dick Hannah Dealership in Kelso, WA is by far the best we've ever experienced. To my dismay, I recently found out I needed new tires and I've only had my SUV for a little over two years. Anyway, I was delighted to find out about the Tires for Life program and just by luck I've been ta I've only had my SUV for a little over two years. Anyway, I was delighted to find out about the Tires for Life program and just by luck I've been taking my SUV to the dealership for reg maint so I qualified. This was great! Thank you. More

In for my second recall on the matrix which I bought new from this dealership. This is my second new vehicle from this dealership. I do like the customer loyalty program. I was surprised that with the fi from this dealership. This is my second new vehicle from this dealership. I do like the customer loyalty program. I was surprised that with the first recall I was given a $10-15 credit on my rewards card and nothing this time for the inconveinance. I would mention the other peoples names who assisted me but the paperwork has nothing printed with their names and the cursive writing/signatures are of no help to me regarding their names. More
