Just went in for an oil change. Kelly answered all the questions I had about my car. He offered me a ride to anywhere in Longview I wanted to go while they serviced the car. Camryn is awesome in the Service Department. I just found out that he is leaving and that is sad. Hopefully whoever takes his place has great customer service just like him. We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new SUV. We came in saw what we wanted, but realized we didn't want the fancy dvd player & navigation. My husband needed a car for short trips to the doctor, store, etc. We wanted to pay cash and had a limited budget. Trent was very friendly and ready to take care of us right away. He led us around to look at some used vehicles and while talking they brought one up to the building and we fell in love with it except i right away. They agreed to have one put in. Trent took his time and was very thorough. If he didn't know something or wasn't sure, he checked it out so he didn't tell us the wrong thing. We were very pleased with Trent. However there was a misunderstanding with Bryan. We ask that the taxes and license be included and we were charged for them. When we discussed it with Jim in the closing, he called Bryan in and he stated it was a misunderstanding. Which did us no good, as they didn't change anything. I have purchased a vehicle with them before and was very pleased with their salesmens performance. I would definitely recommend them and I would buy a vehicle there again.
