This was our first experience buying a newer car. Our salesman Long was awesome, we really liked him. As for the Dick Hannah dealership in Longview, I cannot say the same. We originally picked out a Ford Explorer sport trac. We made our down payment signed the papers and left happy. The next day our bank called and said they did not approve the purchase of the truck and we had to take it back. We returned the truck and just wanted our money back. Dick Hannah did not want to give us our money back, instead we had to settle for something that we really did not want. We feel that we were taken advantage of and will probably never buy another vehicle from Dick Hannah. The right thing for Dick Hannah to do would have been to simply return our money like we asked but they did not. More
