It was a pleasure doing business with Dan. He was very professional and helpful. He took time to explain the cars features and answer questions and walk us through various demonstrations. We just bought a new 2011 Toyota Camry on 7/21/11 and had a great experience! Our salesman Will Williams was very knowledgeable and the manager Tim Rock was extremely helpful and did whatever he could to mak a great experience! When first arrived on the lot Frank was there to greet my fiancee and me, I came in to purchase a specific vehicle, I test drove it, liked it and was ready to purchase it, until I was asked to try a differen fiancee and me, I came in to purchase a specific vehicle, I test drove it, liked it and was ready to purchase it, until I was asked to try a different vehicle. It turned out the latter vehicle was a better rig and I got it for a better price. Frank was very helpful and informative and kept me happy for all of my visits. When I got into finance Jim went above and beyond to finance me, he knew I was a risky deal and worked and worked to get me into the vehicle and responded to all me calls and inquiries. I gave all 5's because I would recommend that dealership and especially those employees, I was very happy for my experience there. More
We started the car buying process out very skeptical because of prior bad experiences. Tara Waymire contacted me and we laid out the ground rules for the transaction which included a "less than 15 minu because of prior bad experiences. She kept to her word and met or exceeded all of our expectations. We tortured her a little bit, because of last minute details, but she was friendly and helpful throughout the process. We will see her again in two to three years for our next vehicle. Thanks to Tara is was the best car buying experience we have had up to date. More

Mr Long was our Salesperson....Great Guy, did all the right things.... He made sure the vehicle we wanted was brought up from Vancouver to Longview. Which was a big help with an 18 mo old to deal with. right things.... He made sure the vehicle we wanted was brought up from Vancouver to Longview. This would be my Third (3) purchase from this dealer, and on my previous dealings had told them I had "Pre Approved" financing through a local credit union (red canoe) I told them I didn't need any paperwork except what Red Canoe would need. I felt sorry for Mr Long, as his Sales Manager and Finance Manager took over and basically jumped both my daughter and I, treating us like dumb white women who didn't know any better. Mr. Long was trying to make us feel better, but I finally called Red Canoe and told them I felt betrayed because they had ran my Credit without my knowledge and only told me after they asked me to sign for running my Credit. Please remember Readers, that I was Already Pre-Approved with my own Financing. It gets better, and no fault of Mr. Long.... I call my Credit union, and they explain to Finance Manager that I am pre approved for loan, he then tells my CU that they don't feel comfortable giving me the car when they will not get payment until first of week. The dealer is no more than 3 miles from my CU headquarters. (In the end I went to CU and got a check for dealer, which I am not proud of doing.) But what follows is just xx. The finance man tells me he can not do a purchase order with my husbands name without running his credit first, and he has to be present. (pls note that both hubby and me are preapproved (cash) by our CU). This is what he told me..... WITHOUT YOUR HUSBAND HERE, WE CAN'T DO THE PURCHASE ORDER, I asked why and he says "YOUR HUSBAND COULD BE A TERRORIST, AND BY DOING A CREDIT CHECK, WE RULE THAT OUT"....... Ok, now my husband is a terrorist...My husband is at home cutting firewood and this guy isn't gaining many points...... I contact my CU AGAIN, and they say my Hubby doesn't need to be on Purchase Order. In the End Mr Long did a WONDERFUL JOB, although he was somewhat hogtied by his management. I got my Tahoe, after driving back a bank check to the establishment to PROVE my hubby wasn't a TERRORIST. I want to warn others though, if you have Pre Approved financing (like I did), tell them that you DON'T want their CUDDLE Crap.......You should be outta there in an hour. If not, expect to spend HOURS in their Dealership..... Again, Mr. Long is True Professional !!! More
Dick Hannah is Awsome...Drove to town with my husband in our 2 cars that we were upside down in and want to trade in a truck and car in on a newer vehicle knowing we were probably going to get laughed at, s our 2 cars that we were upside down in and want to trade in a truck and car in on a newer vehicle knowing we were probably going to get laughed at, started out a another dealership, we looked into a few vehicles and no matter how many times they ran the numbers they couldn't get it to come close to what we could afford. Left there thinking we would go try other places, as we made it around town it started to look like rain for us, one place even said no can do for you with out a big down payment...no thank you. Just as we have given up I said one more place, Dick Hannah, William Williams greated us before we made it to the door, we told our story of our upside down credit, he checked at the desk and said it can be possible. So we looked at every thing on the lot, I couldnt find the perfect car/truck. Each one had one option that I wished the other had, we test drove a few, I was determend to leave with a newer rig, William was very pactient with us and didnt make us feel pressured or uncomfortable about my picky taste. Finnally a pretty deep blue car caught my eye on the used side and I said "what about this?" As I walked over it was a Prius...I was shocked. I have always thought they looked funny but as I looked at it more and more I feel in love with it, we took it for a test drive and fell in love with it, but the interior was a light beige..ick. With us wanting to start a family that wont do. When we got back I started to doubt getting it, as we walked in side to run numbers I saw a silver Prius with dark interior and this one was Certified used! It way not be pretty blue but this will have to do. After a few rounds of numbers and much patients from William who made us feel great even though we put him through xxxx we drove home with it. It's been a couple weeks now and I absolutly love it and am very glad I went to DICK HANNAH...And thank you William!!! They also has an awsome customers for life program which is worth checking out. More
This is the second time I have brought my 1998 ES 300 in for service and I have been very pleased both times. From the initial phone call to the check out, the team was very courteous and efficient.
