When I first came into the lot I was met right away by Glen Jones. Glen was the perfect and gracious host. I wanted to trade in two 2011 vehicles for two 2012 Toyotas…..not a request that you’d get every Glen Jones. Glen was the perfect and gracious host. I wanted to trade in two 2011 vehicles for two 2012 Toyotas…..not a request that you’d get every day, I’m sure. But, that didn’t deter Glenn. He was eager to meet every need that I expressed. When I got home, Glen had two vehicle dealer descriptions waiting for me via my email. WOW!! He found exactly what I wanted complete with discounts and final pricing. Not what I’m used to!! I’ve purchased close to 25 new rigs in the last 20 years (I like new trucks too much) and this type of experience was not what I had been accustomed to. I usually have to “fight” for a good deal. Not with this dealership…..the Camry was on its way. The next day (Glen’s day off), Karen and I took both our vehicles in to make the trade off. The Tacoma I wanted was a couple of states away but the Camry was here so the deal was going to be made. This time we dealt with Dan Medack, another of the Dick Hannah sales guys, who was filling in for Glen. Dan was so knowledgeable and so gracious. He was more than helpful showing my wife Karen everything that there is to know about her new car. He even set up her cell! Karen couldn’t have been been more pleased and this was the first time that I have ever seen her “giddy” about a car. During all this I was in the process of making the trade-in agreement with Brain Coontz (manager) and seeing my new Tacoma being arranged for. Brian sent a driver with a flat-bed to pick it up (on a Friday) with the ETA being the next day. Can you believe that?? !! Brian is the kind of guy that all companies want working for them when dealing with customers. Fantastic buying experience and what a class bunch of guys! I decided to start shopping for a used car because the gas prices are on the rise, and so I took was driving home from portland and decided to stop by and look at used cars. He showed me around the lot and didn't really see anything in my price range at the time, and with a smile and a hand shake I was on my way. He told me that he would keep an eye out for a car that I was looking for. A few days later, I get a call. It was same young man that was eager to help me find my gas saving car. I just wanted to say that this young man went WAY out of his way to help me find my car! He was nothing short of an amazing salesman. I will be back just because of this young man.
