I have had Dan Medack as a sales representative since my first visit to Dick Hannah Toyota. I have purchaced two prius cars from Dan. He has helped me learn the first Prius and the second Prius. Vance Pinson was our salesman, and he was superb. Very personable and just a "normal guy." He was honest and straight forward, as opposed to many salesman who only want the sale and get you off the lot. V personable and just a "normal guy." Several other fellows we dealt with seemed clueless and not very enthusiastic about helping us purchase the 2008 Prius. There was confusion over whether there were two entry keys for the car. The sales manager said there was one. I doubt he even checked, because there in fact were TWO. Good place to buy a car because Toyota is strong, but they're very poor at dealing with you on the prices because they know they have a good product. Promised us some touch-up paint that still hasn't shown up. More

I was shown what I believe to be the best deal in the model we were looking for in the beginning. The selection in the Sienna was excellent. I asked to see the invoice and a price $500 over invoice. The next day upon returning with the vehicle, had it overnight because our previous Sienna was getting serviced and there was additional unanticipated repairs to be done, we were shown an advertised price $555 UNDER invoice. We received a fair value for our trade. All employees of Dick Hannah Toyota were friendly, accommodating, and professional. More

I was met at the sales door by Jesse Morris. I explained to him what kind of car I was looking for-a used Honda Accord. The dealership had someone go to Portland to get the car and bring it back to Longview for me to look at and test drive. Jesse was absolutely awesome..very personable and enjoyable. This was the easiest car deal I have ever had. I fell in love with the car and went home the next day with it.
