Vance worked very hard to make things work for us. We had to trade in a lease Rave4. You hade taken in a 2009 crysler and Vance was able to work things out to take in the Rave4 and our douge van to get into to trade in a lease Rave4. I went in to Dick Hannah to look at new cars. I fell in love with the Prius. I always thought that they were ugly cars, but when I drove it it was amazing! Marcus was a great salesperson. My wife and I visited Dick Hanna Toyota knowing that we My wife and I visited Dick Hanna Toyota knowing that we wanted to buy a new Toyota, our main interest being Rav4 or Highlander, Josh greated us rig My wife and I visited Dick Hanna Toyota knowing that we wanted to buy a new Toyota, our main interest being Rav4 or Highlander, Josh greated us right away and asked if he could help us, I said we were not sure what we wanted and asked for his card. We wanted time to walk the lot, look at the new cars and talk, we even considered a Corolla or Camry. When we did decide on a 2012 Highlander I found Josh and he helped us, and he stayed available to help through the whole process, Josh was very friendly, knoledgable and professional. We will recomend Josh to any one we hear of that is looking for a car. Garret Grahm helped us through the purchasing process, he answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable. We enjoyed the time spent with him. A couple of days after buying the Highlander we had a few questions about the car, Josh was on a day off, so we were introduced to Dan Medack, Dan answered those few questions completely, and showed us how to operate those things we were unsure of. My wife and I bought a 1997 Corolla ten years ago which we traded in on the Highlander, we were treated very well ten years ago buying the Corolla, so we just knew that Dick Hannah Toyota of Kelso, WA was the place to buy another car New or used. I would also like to comment on your service department, the 1997 Corola we bought from Dick Hannah of Kelso, in the whole ten years of owning it we only had in to the dealership for regular maintenance, I have been very happy with the service dept. people, and especialy Greg Graycraft who I have requested as my Technician every time I have been in for any and all service for the last ten years. I got "let me get the bottom line price for you and call you right back." from Rob. It was about $5K less than anything we had found... and the sales tax rate is less in Kelso, too. We drove down and purchased the car that day. They also were VERY fair on trade-in. They gave us prices, and even a price sight unseen on the Jeep we had to trade in. VERY good dealership. VERY good employees from sales to financing. VERY honest, VERY accommodating. would recommend this dealer in a heartbeat... Thanks!! We love our Prius More
