I was looking for a Prius II and the dealers in the Seattle area weren't discounting them much, if at all. Plus, they weren't offering me what I thought my trade was worth. We were heading down to the Vancouver/Portland area to look for better deals when I noticed the ad for Dick Hannah Toyota on Edmunds.com. They had a special listed on a Prius II that was a few dollars less than what we had seen elsewhere and was under the invoice price. So we decided to stop by Dick Hannah before heading to our other appointment. Glen Jones met us when we arrived, and I told him that we were headed to another dealer to buy a Prius and we had seen their internet special. He showed us the car and I asked him to talk to the manager to give us their best offer before we headed to the other dealer. Well, as it turned out, their offer was another $200 under the special price listed on their website, and they offered me $1500 more than anyone else had for my trade, which was in line with the KBB valuation and exactly what I thought my car was worth. I was pleasantly surprised that there were no low ball offer on the trade-in, no obfuscation of the trade-in value with "reconditioning" costs, advertising fees, etc., and no teeth-gnashing back and forth negotiation that I had experienced from other Toyota dealers in the Seattle area. So it was an easy decision to buy the car! Glen handled the paperwork with aplomb. While we completed the paperwork with the finance manager, Glen went out to wash to car since the dealership was pretty busy that day and to fill it up. We didn't have to go through a "closer" trying to sell us stuff that we didn't need or want before we saw the finance manager. It took just a few minutes to complete the paperwork and check out the freshly detailed car before we hit the road for home. Glen also made sure we had all of our manuals, scheduled our first service appointment for us, and explained everything about the car before we left. The whole experience couldn't have been easier and was much better than I've experienced at any other Toyota dealer! I unequivocally recommend both Glen Jones and Dick Hannah Toyota! More

The reason we drove all the way up here was because of the quality of their professionalism, service, sales and friendliness staff. We actually shopped around town for a particular new car. But this dealership in particular not only matched a sale price with another dealership but their genuine customer service is what earned our business with them. Since we set foot in their dealership, it was a completely a hassle-free environment and everyone from the salesmen to the managers all treated us very kindly, which happens not to be quite as often if you're shopping for a new car nowadays. We are very happy with our purchase. More

Their new campaign of "Believe in Nice" is truly working there. I was expecting the usual "hard sell" type of salesperson and was surprised at the low pressure sales approach of Glen. He was extremely informative about the new Prius I purchased and brought up things I did not think of to ask. I can highly recommend Glen at Dick Hannah Toyota. A good example of a truly good salesperson is the customer service after the sale. I had to call him for information about the car and he was extremely helpful and cheerful and fast. The experience we had purchasing a new Toyota Camry was excellent. Much of the work was done over the Internet. I'm sorry I don't remember Ed's last name but he was great. We called about a 2005 Camry that was listed on www.autotrader.com. Ed had the car parked out front waiting for us when we go there.
