I previously visited two dealerships, told each salesperson what I was looking for and expected a call back (two different days). Neither of them were "go getters" since they didn't even look for salesperson what I was looking for and expected a call back (two different days). Neither of them were "go getters" since they didn't even look for the vehicle I wanted but expected me to settle for what was available on their lot. I've worked commission and customer service before so my pet peeve is bad customer service. I was not going to purchase from either of them - and won't go back. I went online several times to look for a Red Rav4, found a blue one at your dealership but noticed a box that said "get a price quote now." I filled out the information and heard back from Dan very quickly. I had accidentally marked "lease" instead of "purchase" so I sent Dan an email to correct my mistake and to let him know I really would like a Red Rav4. Dan's next email to me was the car I wanted, I told him I would be in with my spouse the next day, test drove a 2012 Rav4 (not red) then worked out a deal in which Dan needed to make a trade with another dealership. Turns out they sold the car I wanted so Dan ended up coming in on his day off and working longer than he should have had to in order to find another Red Rav4 that could be delivered that day. Dan was great to work with and worked very quickly to secure the vehicle I was looking for. Dan is a great asset to your dealership and I will call him in the future and/or send friends and family to him. Very glad to have found your dealership! More

Both Dan and Jesse were great to work with in buying my new car. I called about the car several times before actually being able to see it as I live 90 miles away. We got the best deal as well on our Prius and have been very satisfied. The great service continues. We needed a repair on the glove compartment. Dan was very patient as we worked through our purchasing decision, he didn't overwhelm us with emails or phone calls asking when we would be in, it was much appreciated. We did ask for a long bed pickup in our original request but that wasn't what he had ready for us when my husband got there. But, without hesitation or any extra heavy sales pitches, the truck that matched our specifications was found. The price was as quoted with the generous military discount, which we appreciate. Our trade in was given a fair value and one that we were quite happy with. We've used them, exclusively, for maintenance on another of our Toyotas and we'll continue to use them for this new one.
