I have been looking for a car for over a year now and had no idea where to start. After doing much research on what I wanted and needed I went to Vancouver to LOOK and it was the worst experience ever. At o no idea where to start. At one point I wanted to leave and have lunch and they DID NOT allow me to leave until I argued with them! It was terrible! I was really turned off by the experience and just wanted to give up. He first asked how much I wanted my payments to be a month and we went from there. He was not trying to push anything on me that I could not afford just because it was better for him. He was super helpful when it came to the features of the car and everything it had to offer. He was super helpful when it came to learning about the information of leasing and financing a car. I never felt pressured to pick one way or another on any of the options offered but he always offered a great amount of infomation on each subject. I WILL and WOULD recommend him to anyone as this was a great experience! I feel as if he went above and beyond his job. To not only help me with the buying process but also when needed to come in for regualr services and even offered to wash my car whenever!!
