After pulling into the lot I was immediately greeted by Glen who listened to what I was looking for and showed me the appropriate cars. While viewing and test driving I never once felt rushed or like I was Glen who listened to what I was looking for and showed me the appropriate cars. While viewing and test driving I never once felt rushed or like I was being pushed towards something different than I had in mind. Once I had made a decision to purchase a car Glen was very good about explaining the process. To top it off Glenn arranged for my jeep that I had driven alone to the dealership to be towed all the way to my home in Amboy, over 40 miles! I had a great experience at this dealership and will shop here again when it's time for another car. More

I received a mailing from Dick Hannah of Kelso Washington wanting me to trade in my Tacoma truck. I went out there to look at the new trucks and SUV'S. I was greeted by Glen Jones. Glen took me around to loo wanting me to trade in my Tacoma truck. I went out there to look at the new trucks and SUV'S. I was greeted by Glen Jones. Glen took me around to look at the new trucks and SUV'S. I told Glen that my wife and I wanted an SUV and I would come back with my wife at a later date. Glen was very professional and knowledgeable of the vehicles I looked at. The next weekend my wife and I met with Glen and looked at the SUV'S Toyota had to offer. I told Glen we were not going to buy a vehicle that day, but were just looking and that I did not want to waste his time. Glen told us that was fine and he spent almost an hour with us. That really said a lot about Glen, and I appreciated his time. Over the next couple of weeks Glen and I spoke on the phone and through e-mail. My wife and I went to Dick Hannah of Kelso and met up with Glen and purchased a new 2013 Toyota 4runner Limited. My wife and I have been married for 32 years and bought a few new vehicles. I can honestly say hands down the best buying experience we have ever had. For the first time buying a vehicle from Glen and working with Tim Mitchell and Jim Montgomery was actually fun. Everytime I called Dick Hannah Toyota I was greeted by a courtious person and was thanked for calling. The customer service was second to none. I must give credit to Glen Jones. I really liked him as a person, and he is the number one reason we purchased our new vehicle from Dick Hannah of Kelso. What can I say! Jesse Morris was really fun to shop with. He made it a good experience rather then the hated one that most people don't look forward to when kicking some tires. He even helped me on the phone when I couldn't undestand what the person was saying. He's a very personnel young man and I would feel Very comfortable passing out his business cards.
